Delivery methods and costs

The cost of delivering the goods ordered on the Christmas Shop to your home is calculated on the basis of the weight of the items purchased, according to the following table:

ITALY

Payment by credit card or bank transfer:

From 0 to 10 kg	€10.00
From 10.1kg to 20kg	€15.00

This amount is highlighted when you are asked to log in or register to complete your purchase (in any case on the Order Conclusion screen) and therefore included in the Total to be paid which will also be sent to you by e-mail after the conclusion of the order. The Transport Cost Contribution is applied only once, to a single order, regardless of the number of products purchased.

Order fulfillment times

Orders are processed and shipped the next day from the response to our. order confirmation e-mail, via the carrier chosen by the customer, according to the rates, calculated automatically based on the weight of the goods, proposed at the time of the order. Shipments are made every day from Monday to Friday.
